We process personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council, known as the GDPR, and Slovak Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on Personal Data Protection, as amended.

Depending on how you communicate with us and the nature of our business relationship, we may process in particular:
your first and last name,
business or company name,
job title or role,
registered office, place of business or correspondence address,
email address,
phone number,
billing and payment details,
Company ID, Tax ID and VAT ID,
the content of email and telephone communications,
information included in orders, enquiries and quotations,
information contained in drawings, 3D models, technical documentation and other attachments,
your IP address and basic technical data relating to your visit to the website, where these are logged automatically by the server or hosting provider.
Please do not send us personal data that is not necessary to handle your enquiry or complete your order. Do not include sensitive data or special categories of personal data in drawings or technical documentation.
We process personal data in order to:

communicate with you about the requested manufacturing work or service,
review technical documentation,
prepare a quotation,
agree technical and commercial terms.
The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
If you contact us with a general question only, the legal basis may be our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR, namely communicating with customers and people interested in our services.
Providing personal data is voluntary. Without the necessary contact and technical information, however, we may be unable to respond to your enquiry or prepare a quotation.
If we agree to carry out an order, we process personal data in order to:
receive and record the order,
manufacture and deliver the ordered products or services,
communicate with you while the order is being completed,
arrange transport,
handle complaints,
exercise rights and fulfil obligations arising from the contract.
The legal basis is the performance of a contract under Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR.
We process personal data contained in invoices, accounting records and other business documents in order to comply with our legal obligations, particularly those arising under accounting and tax legislation.
The legal basis is compliance with a legal obligation under Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR.
We may also process the necessary personal data in order to:
demonstrate the existence and terms of a contractual relationship,
recover outstanding debts,
resolve disputes and complaints,
protect our rights and legally protected interests.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. This legitimate interest consists in protecting the controller’s property, business interests and legal claims.
When you visit the website, the server or hosting provider may automatically log technical data such as:

the page requested,
browser and device type,
error and security logs.
This data is processed to secure, protect and operate the website.
The legal basis is our legitimate interest under Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR. This legitimate interest consists in ensuring the safe, stable and reliable operation of the website.
We use technical drawings, 3D models, production files and other documentation that you send us by email solely to:
assess the technical aspects of an enquiry,
prepare a quotation,
prepare for production,
complete the order,
carry out quality control,
resolve any complaint or dispute.
The documentation may contain details about its author, a contact person, approver or other individuals. The sender is responsible for ensuring that they are authorised to provide the documentation and any data it contains to the controller.
We do not use technical documentation for marketing or disclose it to other customers without a lawful reason.
Depending on the nature of the order, the protection of trade secrets, confidential information and intellectual property rights may also be governed by a separate non-disclosure agreement.
We retain personal data only for as long as necessary:
general enquiries that do not lead to an order: generally no longer than 12 months after communication ends,
quotations that do not lead to an order: generally no longer than 24 months,
data relating to a contract and order: for the duration of the contractual relationship and then for the applicable statutory limitation periods,
accounting and tax records: for the period required by the applicable legislation,
technical documentation for a completed order: for as long as necessary to perform the contract, support repeat production, carry out quality control, handle complaints and protect legal claims,
security and server logs: for the period set by the hosting provider, generally only for as long as necessary to secure and monitor the operation of the website.
Once the relevant period has expired, we delete or anonymise the data, or retain it only where required by law.
To the extent necessary, personal data may be disclosed to:
our web hosting and website administration provider,
our email service provider,
our accountant or accounting service provider,
providers of IT and technical services,
transport and courier companies,
external manufacturing or technology suppliers where necessary to complete an order,
legal, tax and professional advisers,
insurance companies,
public authorities where required by law.
We provide each recipient only with the data necessary for the specific purpose.
We may provide technical documentation to an external manufacturing supplier only where this is necessary to price or complete the requested manufacturing work.
The controller does not knowingly transfer personal data to third countries outside the European Union or European Economic Area.
A transfer may nevertheless occur depending on the provider of email, hosting, cloud storage or another technical service. In such cases, personal data will be transferred only where the requirements of the GDPR are met, for example on the basis of a European Commission adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.
We do not use automated individual decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects for the data subject.
Subject to the conditions set out in the GDPR, you have the right to:
request confirmation as to whether we process your personal data,
obtain access to your personal data,
request the correction of inaccurate or incomplete data,
request the deletion of personal data,
request restriction of processing,
object to processing based on legitimate interests,
receive your data in a portable format where the legal requirements are met,
withdraw your consent where processing is based on consent,
lodge a complaint or apply for proceedings to be initiated by the supervisory authority.
The exercise of certain rights may be restricted where processing is necessary to comply with a legal obligation, perform a contract or protect legal claims.
